The Website Care Membership covers simple website updates, including but not limited to:

• Text changes
• Image replacements
• Blog uploads
• Price adjustments
• Basic product edits

Any work outside this scope will require a separate quote.

Exclusions
The following are not included in the membership and will be billed separately:

• Full page design or redesign
• New page builds or layout changes
• Menu structure updates or theme modifications
• Custom code (JavaScript, CSS, PHP)
• Plugin setup, configuration, or debugging
• Form integrations or custom functionality
• Domain, hosting, or email support
• Site migrations or backups
• SSL certificate installs or security issues
• SEO optimization or audits
• Content writing or copy editing
• Ad tracking setup or analytics reports
• Weekend or holiday requests (unless pre-scheduled)
• Urgent fixes (outside normal response times)

• The membership is billed weekly at $45
• Payments are non-refundable once the service week begins
• Invoices are issued automatically each week

• You may cancel at any time with no penalty
• Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle
• Paused memberships are not billed but will lose priority access until resumed

• Typical turnaround time for simple updates is 2–3 business days
• Complex or excluded requests may take longer and require a custom agreement

• One round of revisions is included per update request
• Excessive revisions or out-of-scope requests may incur additional charges

• The provider is not liable for issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting services, or unauthorized access
• All updates will be completed to professional standards
